We're Changing our Cancellation Policy
Hello Beautique Babes!
As you know, here at Beautique we strive to give exemplary service with open communication to every client that walks in the door so that we can continue to have a healthy client and service provider relationship!
One of the ways we do this is by providing an online booking system with 24 & 48-hour text/email reminders to every client as well as courtesy calls to any client that has not confirmed at least 24 hours prior to their appointment.
Recently, we have had a rise in “no-shows” and last-minute cancellations. While we are all human and understand that unexpected situations arise, when these things happen, we don’t have enough time to fill that slot and our service providers lose income.
Due to this, we’ve had to make some changes to our policies so we can protect our stylists and maintain an open window of communication between us and you!

New Booking Policy: Effective July 1st, 2023, all appointments made will require a credit card capture. You WILL NOT be charged any booking fees, etc. It is simply to hold your appointment.
New Cancellation Policy: Any appointments canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.* However, if you choose to reschedule (instead of simply canceling) for another date, that % will go towards your next rescheduled appointment one time.
No-Show Policy: Any “No Show” without communication, will be charged a fee that is equivalent to 50% of the service. This fee can not be transferred or applied to any future services.
We value every single one of our clients and we hope that you understand and support our new policies so our staff and providers are taken care of.
We want to continue to keep an open line of communication between us and you as well as make sure you feel secure and at your best when you leave our establishment!
All changes are EFFECTIVE AS OF JULY 1, 2023!
*these policies will be enforced for all spa/medspa/commission provider bookings and will be at the discretion of the independent hair stylist, should you be booked with them.
